We start with the outstanding balance, interest rate, monthly payment and term. We compare the total cost of the current loan with a new scenario, including switching costs. A lower payment does not automatically mean a cheaper loan.
How much does the first conversation cost?
The 20-minute phone conversation and 40-minute office meeting are free. Any financing costs must be clarified separately before you make a decision.
Do I need all my documents ready?
Not for the first conversation. It helps to know the amount you have in mind and, if you already have a loan, the monthly payment, approximate balance and remaining term. The document list is established later according to the lender.
Does the conversation or calculator guarantee approval?
No. The lender determines approval, the amount and terms after assessing your application. The calculator only provides an illustrative mathematical calculation.
